Overview

COVID-19 still circulates year-round. Symptoms include fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, muscle aches, congestion, headache, and loss of taste or smell. Clindle evaluates suspected COVID over video, orders at-home or lab-based testing when indicated, and prescribes Paxlovid (nirmatrelvir-ritonavir) within 5 days of symptom onset for higher-risk adults — over 50, immunocompromised, or with chronic conditions. We review drug interactions before prescribing. Shortness of breath at rest, chest pain, or oxygen saturation below 94% needs in-person care.
