ADHD

Also known as: attention deficit

Overview

Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) shows up in adults as chronic distractibility, disorganization, time blindness, restlessness, and difficulty finishing tasks — often masked for years by intelligence or coping strategies. Clindle screens adults for ADHD with validated tools, rules out lookalikes (anxiety, depression, sleep apnea, thyroid disease), and treats with non-controlled options like atomoxetine, viloxazine, bupropion, guanfacine, and clonidine. We do not prescribe stimulants such as Adderall, Ritalin, or Vyvanse — federal rules require an in-person relationship for controlled substances. We're happy to send a referral for stimulant management.
