This Privacy Policy explains how Clindle Health, Inc. ("Clindle", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use clindle.com and related services (the "Service"). Information collected is protected and used only to process your request.

Information we collect

• Account & demographic info — name, date of birth, gender, address, phone, email.
• Health information — symptoms, medical history, medications, pharmacy, and visit notes you share during booking or a visit.
• Insurance info — payer, member ID, group, and subscriber details if you book using insurance.
• Payment info — handled by Stripe; we never store your full card number.
• Device & usage info — IP, browser, pages viewed, approximate location for slot personalization.

How we use it

To schedule and deliver care, send appointment reminders and visit summaries, process payments and insurance claims, refill prescriptions, comply with the law, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal or health information.

How we share it

With your Clindle treating clinician, pharmacies you authorize, labs and imaging centers you're ordered to, your insurance payer if you bill insurance, and service vendors (Stripe for payments, Google Meet for video, email delivery) under written agreements. We disclose information when legally required.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your records by emailing care@clindle.com. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time. We retain medical records for the period required by your state's medical-records retention law.

Security

We encrypt data in transit (TLS) and at rest, restrict access on a need-to-know basis, log access to PHI, and operate under HIPAA-compliant policies. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we'll notify you as required by HIPAA and state law.

Children

Clindle is not directed to children under 13 without parental consent.
