Is Clindle a real doctor or an AI?
Every visit is with a board-certified Clindle clinician licensed in your state. Clindle is the booking and care platform; the medicine is human.
What insurance does Clindle accept?
We accept 300+ in-network plans including Aetna, Cigna, BCBS (all states), UnitedHealthcare, UHC Oxford, UHC Student Resources, Anthem BCBS, Humana, Medicare Texas, Surest, Ambetter, GEHA, BCBS FEP, Baylor Scott & White, NALC, NYCE IPA, HAP Alliance, Curative, Allegiance, Allied Benefit Systems, and Auxiant. Don't see yours? Self-pay is a flat $40.
How much is a self-pay visit?
$40 flat. That includes the visit, any e-prescriptions sent during the visit, lab/imaging orders, and a follow-up summary. IV GFE is $35 for select patients of affiliated hydration providers.
How soon can I be seen?
Most patients get a video slot within 24 hours, and same-day is common. You'll see live availability when you book.
Will I see the same doctor every visit?
Yes. Clindle is built around continuity — you'll see the same treating clinician across visits whenever possible.
Can Clindle prescribe controlled substances like Adderall, Xanax, testosterone, or opioids?
No. Federal rules require an in-person relationship for controlled-substance prescribing. We can refer you to a local provider who handles those.
Can Clindle complete FMLA, disability, or ADA accommodation paperwork?
No. Those forms require an established in-person treating provider. We're transparent about it so you don't waste a visit.
How do refills work?
Tell us what you need and we'll fax your pharmacy. Or have your pharmacy fax any refill request to (817) 668-0320 — we handle it regardless of who originally prescribed it.
Do you order labs and imaging?
Yes. We send orders to Quest, LabCorp, and most local imaging centers. We can also recommend a local lab from our directory.
Is my information private?
Clindle is HIPAA-Compliant. Information collected is protected and used only to process your request. See our HIPAA Notice and Privacy Policy.
What if I'm having an emergency?
Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Clindle is not for emergencies.
How is the visit conducted?
Secure Google Meet video, emailed to you after booking. You can join from a phone or laptop — no app to download.
