Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
By using Clindle you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
The Service
Clindle provides a telehealth booking and care platform. Medical services are delivered by board-certified clinicians affiliated with Clindle and licensed in your state. The clinician-patient relationship is between you and your treating Clindle clinician.
Not for emergencies
If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
What Clindle doesn't handle
Clindle cannot prescribe controlled substances (e.g., Adderall, Xanax, testosterone, opioids), and cannot complete FMLA, short- or long-term disability forms, or ADA workplace accommodation paperwork. Those require an established in-person treating-provider relationship.
Eligibility
You must be 18+ to book for yourself, or be a parent/legal guardian booking for a minor.
Payments
Self-pay visits are charged at booking via Stripe. Insurance visits are submitted to your payer; you remain responsible for amounts not covered (copay, deductible, coinsurance). Cancellations more than 12 hours before a slot are fully refundable; no-shows may be charged in full.
Patient responsibilities
Provide accurate medical, insurance, and pharmacy info. Don't misrepresent your identity.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". Information on Clindle (outside of a visit with the physician) is general and not medical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clindle disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Texas, except where prohibited.
