Mental Health · Symptom
Constant worry / anxiety
Also called: anxious, panic, racing thoughts
Anxiety becomes a medical issue when worry is hard to control, persists most days, and interferes with sleep, work, or relationships. Physical symptoms include racing heart, tight chest, restlessness, GI upset, and trouble concentrating. Clindle uses validated tools (GAD-7) to assess severity, rules out medical mimics like hyperthyroidism, and treats with evidence-based, non-controlled medications (SSRIs, SNRIs, buspirone, hydroxyzine) plus therapy referrals. We do not prescribe benzodiazepines like Xanax or Valium over telehealth — federal rules require an in-person provider for controlled substances.
