Overview
Low testosterone (hypogonadism) can cause real symptoms — but diagnosis needs proper labs (morning fasting, twice), not marketing. Testosterone replacement carries fertility and cardiovascular considerations.
Symptoms to watch for
- Low libido
- Erectile dysfunction
- Fatigue
- Loss of muscle mass and strength
- Increased body fat
- Depressed mood
- Reduced body/facial hair
How it's diagnosed
Two morning fasting total testosterone levels. Add LH, FSH, prolactin to distinguish primary vs secondary. Rule out sleep apnea and obesity, which both suppress T.
Treatment
TRT if truly low and symptomatic — but Clindle does not prescribe testosterone (injectable/pellet forms are controlled or require in-person workup). We evaluate, run labs, treat reversible causes (sleep, weight, sleep apnea), and refer for TRT when appropriate. Clomiphene may be prescribed off-label for men wanting to preserve fertility.
When to book a visit
Book for evaluation and labs — many 'low T' symptoms come from sleep apnea, weight, or depression, which are treatable.

Does Clindle prescribe testosterone?
No — testosterone requires an in-person workup for safety. We do full evaluation, address reversible causes, and refer for TRT.
How to increase testosterone naturally?
Fix sleep and sleep apnea, lose visceral fat, resistance train, correct vitamin D and zinc if low, moderate alcohol. Most 'natural boosters' don't work.
