NYCE IPA · Covered care
Clindle clinicians are in-network with NYCE IPA and clinicians treat yeast infection over a same-day video visit. Most NYCE IPA members pay only their standard office-visit copay.
Vaginal yeast infection (vulvovaginal candidiasis) causes thick white discharge, itching, burning, and irritation. Clindle evaluates symptoms over video and prescribes single-dose oral fluconazole (150 mg) for uncomplicated cases, or topical clotrimazole, miconazole, or terconazole when oral isn't appropriate. Recurrent yeast (4+ episodes per year) warrants a longer induction-maintenance fluconazole course and a workup for diabetes. If symptoms don't fit yeast — fishy odor, painful urination, fever — we test for BV, trich, or STIs instead.
Clindle accepts NYCE IPA plans. Members can book video visits with Clindle clinicians under their plan's benefits. We verify your NYCE IPA coverage and quote your expected cost before you book.
We verify your specific NYCE IPA plan before the visit and tell you the expected out-of-pocket cost up front. If your plan doesn't cover telehealth, you can use the flat $50 self-pay rate instead.
