GEHA · Covered care
Clindle clinicians are in-network with GEHA and clinicians treat obesity over a same-day video visit. Most GEHA members pay only their standard office-visit copay.
Obesity is a chronic disease with treatable biology — not a lack of willpower. BMI ≥30 (or ≥27 with comorbidity) qualifies for medical weight management. Clindle screens for contraindications, orders baseline labs, and prescribes evidence-based options — metformin, bupropion-naltrexone (Contrave), GLP-1 agonists like semaglutide (Wegovy, compounded) and tirzepatide (Zepbound). We do monthly check-ins to titrate dose, manage side effects, and adjust based on response. Compounded phentermine is available through our $100 program, prescribed by clinicians licensed and authorized for your state.
Clindle accepts GEHA, the Government Employees Health Association plans serving federal employees and retirees. GEHA members can book video visits with Clindle clinicians under their plan's benefits. We verify your GEHA coverage before the appointment.
We verify your specific GEHA plan before the visit and tell you the expected out-of-pocket cost up front. If your plan doesn't cover telehealth, you can use the flat $50 self-pay rate instead.
