Telehealth visits are typically processed under your standard PCP or specialist office-visit benefit, which usually means a copay between $0 and $40 depending on your plan. Routine labs ordered during your visit are billed separately by the lab using your Cigna benefits. We verify coverage in real time and quote your patient responsibility before you book.
