Non-stimulant ADHD medication consultation

Trouble concentrating can reflect ADHD, anxiety, depression or a sleep problem. An adult ADHD visit reviews the pattern and your history before discussing non-stimulant medication. If you already take atomoxetine, viloxazine, bupropion or guanfacine, a medication review can address benefit, side effects and continuity of care.

Before your visit

Bring past evaluations, current medication and dose, your blood-pressure readings if available, and examples of difficulties at home, school or work.

What happens next

Follow-up focuses on function, tolerability and whether the plan is helping. The existing non-stimulant service does not supply Adderall, Ritalin or Vyvanse; specialist coordination remains available through existing referral care.
