High Blood Pressure treatment with UnitedHealthcare Oxford

Clindle clinicians are in-network with UnitedHealthcare Oxford and clinicians treat high blood pressure over a same-day video visit. Most UHC Oxford members pay only their standard office-visit copay.

About High Blood Pressure

High blood pressure (hypertension) is a silent driver of heart attacks, strokes, kidney disease, and dementia — and it usually has no symptoms. Adults should have BP checked at least yearly. Stage 1 hypertension is 130-139/80-89 mmHg; stage 2 is 140/90 or higher. Clindle confirms readings with home cuff measurements, runs baseline labs (BMP, lipids, A1c, urine), and starts first-line therapy — typically lisinopril, losartan, amlodipine, or chlorthalidone — with monthly check-ins until you're at goal. Lifestyle (DASH diet, sodium, exercise, sleep apnea screening) is part of every plan.
