Clindle treats adult anxiety with evidence-based, non-controlled medications (SSRIs, SNRIs, hydroxyzine, buspirone), brief counseling, and referrals to talk therapy. Most patients are evaluated and on a treatment plan within 24 hours of booking. We do not prescribe benzodiazepines like Xanax — those require an in-person provider.
