Clindle accepts Medicare, and clinicians treat asthma over a same-day video visit. Standard Medicare Part B cost-sharing applies to covered telehealth services.
Asthma is reversible airway inflammation that causes wheezing, cough, chest tightness, and shortness of breath — often triggered by allergens, exercise, cold air, viral infections, or smoke. Clindle classifies severity, prescribes the right step of therapy (SABA rescue inhalers like albuterol, low-to-medium-dose inhaled corticosteroids like fluticasone, ICS-LABA combos like Symbicort or Advair, montelukast for allergic phenotype), and reviews inhaler technique. We order spirometry referrals when needed and refer to pulmonology for severe or refractory asthma needing biologics like omalizumab or dupilumab.
Clindle accepts Medicare for telehealth visits where Medicare covers the service. Medicare beneficiaries can book video visits with Clindle clinicians; standard Medicare Part B cost-sharing applies to covered telehealth services. We confirm your coverage and expected cost before the appointment.
We verify your specific Medicare plan before the visit and tell you the expected out-of-pocket cost up front. If your plan doesn't cover telehealth, you can use the flat $50 self-pay rate instead.
