Overview

Chlamydia is the most commonly reported bacterial STI in the U.S. It's often asymptomatic but can cause urethritis, cervicitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, and infertility if untreated. Clindle orders self-collected swab or urine testing at a lab near you and treats confirmed cases with doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for 7 days (preferred) or single-dose azithromycin 1 g. We also test for and treat gonorrhea, syphilis, and HIV concurrently per CDC guidance, notify partners, and rescreen at 3 months.
